Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Recruitment | Hyderabad
Important: The interview will be conducted Face-to-Face in Hyderabad. Candidates currently based in Hyderabad will be preferred. Candidates with prior experience hiring for or working with GCCs (Global Capability Centers) will also be preferred.
looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in technical recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
- Drive technical and non-technical hiring.
- Source through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders for timely closures.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate engagement.
- Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with GCC hiring / GCC environments is preferred.
- Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and drive closures.
