Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities and organizations to build a talent pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for software development, engineering, and IT positions.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to evaluate technical skills and experience through interviews and assessments.
