About the Role

As a Talent Advisor, you will be at the forefront of talent advisory, acquisition, and stakeholder management. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic value to our clients by providing expert guidance and insights into talent strategies. You will act as a Strategic Talent Architect, translating complex business objectives into scalable hiring roadmaps. Leveraging data insights and market knowledge, you will craft future-proof talent acquisition strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients in a dynamic, high-stakes market.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Data & Solution Analysis
  • Form a clear picture of the client's organization, identifying current challenges, future states, and workforce gaps.
  • Gather and synthesize market intelligence from internal and external sources to inform client strategy.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and prototyping creative solutions for complex talent challenges.
  • Navigate through a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify actionable business answers.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Engineering Heads, and HRBPs.
  • Lead high-level conversations to diagnose problems, influence strategy, and develop solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong consultative partnerships, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition and the client's business growth roadmap.
  • Support the definition and execution of desirable, feasible, and sustainable business solutions that meet client objectives.

  • Talent Acquisition & Delivery
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for leadership and niche technical portfolios.
  • Drive talent strategy for assigned business functions, ensuring high-quality pipelines for technical and product-based roles.
  • Ensure excellence in candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to resolve complex hiring issues and ensure SLA governance.
  • Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of professional experience within the recruiting and staffing industry (RPO/MSP/Agency/In-house).
    • Technical & Product Focus: Proven track record in scaling specialized engineering teams (AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, Full-Stack) and hiring for high-growth Product-based organizations.
    • GCC Expertise: Demonstrated mandate experience in managing talent acquisition for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), including understanding regional localization, cost optimization models, and multi-country expansion.
    • Leadership/Niche Hiring: Expertise in executing end-to-end leadership hiring and executive search strategies for critical portfolios.
    • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional experience managing operational-level to executive-level stakeholders with the ability to influence, coach, and resolve controversial hiring issues.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex data and market insights with clarity and executive presence.

    • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of current talent trends, particularly within tech and product landscapes. Ability to collect market insights to create new opportunities.
    • Client Focus: Ability to build strategic partnerships that shape the environment for success. High level of comfort presenting to and advising Department Heads and HR Directors.
    • Innovation & Creativity: Proven ability to turn new concepts into successful realities for the client.
