As a Talent Advisor, you play a critical role in guiding our clients through their talent acquisition journey. Your role is pivotal in

understanding client needs, strategizing effective talent acquisition processes, and fostering a culture of excellence within our global

team.

Relevant experience in a similar role (RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing).

4+ years experience in technical recruiting and staffing industry is preferable.

Stakeholder management on Operational management level.

Consulting and advising clients in RPO or MSP solutions.

client relationship building with Department heads and HR directors.

Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into effective Talent acquisition strategies.

knowledge

RPO/MSP.

Sourcing/recruitment.

Talent acquisition/talent mapping and market research.

Talent trends in the market.
