Location: Noida (Remote)

Job Requirement:
- Create and implement a recruitment strategy.
- Source, attract, and screening candidates based on a well-detailed strategy.
- Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods.
- Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Full Life cycle recruiting of technical professionals for contract, full-time and direct Hire roles.
- Previously collaborated with Federal clients.
- Should have experience working on ATS and VMS
- Utilizing Job Board and creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in IT.
Skillset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment
- Working as a 360 Consultant, you will need to build relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
- Should have experience working on IT roles.
- Strong experience working with LinkedIn recruiter.
- Additionally, Candidate should have outgoing personality and excellent Interpersonal and extrovert personality.
- Should have strong candidate relationship skills demonstrated through effective communication.
- Should have strong negotiation skills.
