Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring execution for ProCreator, with a strong focus on creative and technical roles across UI/UX Design, Graphics/Visual design, Product Design, and Frontend/Backend development.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently drive recruitment from role intake through offer closure and pre-joining engagement, while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership. The recruiter will be responsible not just for execution, but also for improving hiring workflows, maintaining strong candidate experience, and contributing to more efficient, insight-led recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience hiring for agency-style and technical environments, understands the nuances of assessing both creative and technical talent, and is comfortable using modern tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve hiring quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Execution

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for design and technology roles, especially across UI/UX, visual design, product design, and front-end developer hiring.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create or refine job descriptions, candidate assessments, hiring tasks, and interview questions.

  • Publish and manage open roles across ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, and relevant sourcing platforms.

  • Drive proactive sourcing, outreach, screening, and shortlisting of candidates aligned to role requirements and agency-specific expectations.

  • Conduct recruiter screening conversations to assess candidate fit across experience, role relevance, communication, motivations, and compensation expectations.

  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement of qualified candidates through each stage of the process.

  • Coordinate assessments, collect submissions, share them with hiring teams, and drive follow-through on interview stages.


Stakeholder and Candidate Management

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across stakeholders while ensuring a smooth and timely process.

  • Gather structured interview feedback and keep hiring managers aligned on candidate status, risks, and next steps.

  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, expectation setting, and timely closure at every stage.

  • Support offer discussions, compensation alignment, document collection, and candidate negotiation in partnership with HR and leadership.

  • Maintain pre-joining engagement with selected candidates to reduce drop-offs and ensure smooth transition until joining.


Recruitment Operations and Talent Strategy

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.

  • Work with external agencies, campus partners, and niche talent sources when required.

  • Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure accurate candidate records, stage tracking, notes, and follow-ups across all active roles.

  • Track recruitment metrics such as source effectiveness, funnel conversion, aging positions, and closure timelines, and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

  • Contribute to employer branding from a hiring lens through candidate-facing communication, hiring-related content, and brand perception across recruitment platforms.

  • Document and improve recruitment workflows, interview scorecards, candidate communication templates, and best practices to support operational efficiency and scale.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills and Experience
  • 4–5 years of relevant recruitment experience in an in-house, agency, digital, product studio, or tech/services hiring environment.

  • Strong experience hiring for technical and creative roles, especially in areas such as UI/UX, visual design, product design, and front-end development.

  • Ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer closure and pre-joining engagement.

  • Strong sourcing and outreach capability across multiple channels and platforms.

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve hiring quality.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment and momentum across hiring teams.

  • Experience managing ATS workflows and maintaining strong process discipline and candidate tracking hygiene.

  • Experience coordinating interviews, managing assessments, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

  • Ability to evaluate candidates on role relevance, functional capability, communication, and compensation fit.

  • Experience supporting offer management and negotiation in coordination with HR and business leaders.

  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

Preferred / Bonus Skills
  • Experience working with Zoho Recruit ATS.

  • Experience creating, streamlining, and scaling recruitment processes for better operational efficiency.

  • Prior hiring exposure in a UX/UI agency, digital agency, product studio, or similar fast-paced creative-tech environment.

  • Tech-savvy mindset with interest in AI adoption within recruitment, including automation, analytics, chatbots, and AI-enabled hiring tools.

  • Awareness of evolving recruitment technology trends and the ability to suggest process, workflow, or system improvements.

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is acceptable.

  • Relevant prior recruitment experience will be valued more strongly than academic specialization.

  • Brings structure to assessments, interview coordination, and feedback collection.

  • Begins identifying practical opportunities to improve hiring workflows, reduce delays, and strengthen recruitment operations.
