Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.
- Source candidates using multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri and internal databases.
- Handle recruitment for both Tech roles (C++, Python, Quant) and Non-Tech roles (Operations, Compliance, Finance, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and closure.
Qualifications
- 23 years of Tech recruitment experience (mix of tech & non-tech hiring preferred).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills with a proven record of successful closures.
- Experience hiring in the financial markets / fintech /HFT domain is highly desirable.
- Graduate in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
