We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter with 37 years of proven experience in hiring top-tier IT talent. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates across a wide range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive endtoend technical hiring for multiple roles
  • Source highquality profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and advanced search techniques
  • Conduct strong technical screening to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver on hiring targets
  • Strong experience in C2H (ContracttoHire) hiring
  • Requirements:

    • 37 years of strong IT recruitment experience
    • Solid understanding of tech skills (Java, AI, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates
