- Drive endtoend technical hiring for multiple roles
- Source highquality profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and advanced search techniques
- Conduct strong technical screening to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver on hiring targets
- Strong experience in C2H (ContracttoHire) hiring
Requirements:
- 37 years of strong IT recruitment experience
- Solid understanding of tech skills (Java, AI, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates
