Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle
• Engage with candidates via job boards and social media platforms
• Implement headhunting strategies with current industry trends
• Collaborate with the team and maintain effective communication at all levels

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Staffing.
• Expertise in W2 recruitment, H1B transfers, and Green Card (GC) processes
• Strong negotiation and engagement skills
• Knowledge of US staffing terminology and rate negotiation
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication, networking, and social media engagement skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
