We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Telecom and IT Services roles. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with project and delivery teams to understand technical hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across Telecom and IT domains.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle sourcing to on-boarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline for niche roles (RF, DT, Core, IP, IT Infrastructure, etc.).
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or HR.
- 35 years of experience in technical recruitment within Telecom or IT Services.
- Strong knowledge of skills such as RF Planning, Drive Test, Core, IP, Cloud, and Dev-Ops.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
