This is a full-time Technical Recruiter role based on-site in Noida. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical roles. The role entails building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding technical job requirements, utilizing effective recruiting channels, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates through clear communication and timely updates.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes to identify, assess, and onboard top technical talent.
• Strong expertise in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting strategies, particularly for IT and technology-oriented roles.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment or HR environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
