We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedRecruiterwith 5- 7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition across the European region.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across Europe.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback gathering, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update ATS records and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with European labor laws, hiring practices, and market trends.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to talent marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Requirements5 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a regional or international setting.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Experience hiring in multiple European markets (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.).
- Familiarity with EU labor regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
