- Screening:

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline management:
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job opportunities.
- Process management:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job listings, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
- Market research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
