Core responsibilities

• Sourcing:
• Find potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks like LinkedIn, and platforms like GitHub.

• Screening:
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

• Collaboration:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Pipeline management:
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job opportunities.

• Process management:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job listings, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.

• Market research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Key skills and qualifications

• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
