Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Domestic IT C2C C2H FTE Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring IT consultants for contract roles across the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C2C C2H hiring, screening, and closing positions within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end Domestic IT C2C recruitment cycle.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.

Work on contract/C2C requirements for various IT technologies.

Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.

Negotiate rates, availability, and onboarding details.

Maintain recruitment trackers and daily submission reports.

Ensure quick turnaround time on client requirements.

Required Skills

Experience in Domestic IT C2C C2H hiring.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with implementation partners/direct clients.

Good database and pipeline management skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
