Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Film Nagar, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various domains and technologies
- Source and screen candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal ATS (CEIPAL)
- Work closely with Prime Vendors and manage direct client submissions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until closure
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future needs
- Maintain candidate and submission records accurately using CEIPAL
- Ensure strong communication and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (US Staffing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with Prime Vendors and submit skilled candidates effectively
- Experience working on C2C, W2, and Full-Time requirements
- Familiarity with CEIPAL or other ATS tools
- Must be target-driven, energetic, and a team player
