About The Role
We are seeking a Junior US IT Recruiter / Lead Generation Executive with around 1 year of experience in the US staffing or recruitment industry. This position is not for placements, bench sales, or candidate recruiting it focuses on **managing US job portal subscriptions, identifying potential clients, and generating new business signups.
Contact clients via WhatsApp calls to promote job portal subscription services.
Work closely with the business development team to secure client signups and ensure successful onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and signups in the company tracker.
Keep up-to-date with **trends in the US staffing and job portal industry.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT staffing, sales support, or related operations.
Knowledge of US job portals (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone).
Candidates from Andhra Pradesh are preferred.
