We are seeking a results-driven IT Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent sourcing skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with stakeholders
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate)
Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-5+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting
Strong understanding of technical roles such as:
Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET)
Data Engineers / Data Scientists
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
