The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruiting technical talent and a passion for connecting skilled professionals with exciting opportunities in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles in the BFSI domain.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for IT positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to find the best talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the BFSI domain.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies relevant to the BFSI sector.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the BFSI industry, including key players and emerging trends.
