This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter, based in Faridabad. The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent to meet organizational requirements. This role includes collaborating closely with hiring managers, understanding technical job requirements, and utilizing recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates. The Technical Recruiter will also ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Expertise in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting skills
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with candidates and hiring teams
• Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in IT or technology-focused recruitment is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
