This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Principal TAG. The position is based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, leveraging various sourcing methods to attract top talent, and building strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent hiring experience. The role requires strategic thinking, proficiency in technical recruiting, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Proven proficiency in Hiring, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting activities
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers
• Prior experience in technical or IT recruitment is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a hybrid work setting
