We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to support our interviewer network expansion and talent operations. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding interviewers across various technology domains while also managing intern hiring and coordination activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and experience working with technical talent across niche and emerging skill areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified interviewers across domains for tech roles such as Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Product Management, and other specialized technology areas.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of interviewers for niche and hard-to-find skill sets.
  • Conduct initial screening of potential interviewers based on technical expertise, communication skills, and industry experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding and platform activation of selected interviewers.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals and networking channels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interns and support their day-to-day engagement and performance follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to understand interviewer demand and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports with high accuracy.
  • Ensure a seamless interviewer experience throughout the journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or interviewer sourcing in technical hiring.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring technical professionals.
  • Exposure to startup, staffing, or marketplace-based hiring environments.
  • Familiarity with technical roles and technology skill sets.
  • Experience managing, mentoring interns or big teams.
  • Timely closure of interviewer hiring requirements.
  • Growth and quality of the interviewer network.
  • Turnaround time for niche role fulfillment.
  • Stakeholder and client satisfaction.
