About The Role
We are looking for a
Technical Recruiter Intern who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to learn the fundamentals of recruiting for startup and tech roles.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates for technical roles across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and internal databases
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination
- Screen candidate profiles and assess fit based on role requirements
- Reach out to candidates through messages, emails, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update candidate data in spreadsheets, ATS, and internal trackers
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams
- Assist with drafting job postings and improving outbound messaging
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Who We're Looking For
- Strong interest in recruitment, startups, and technology hiring
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational ability
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, LinkedIn, and online research tools
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and dependable
- Prior internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or operations is a plus, but not mandatory
