About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter with experience in domestic IT hiring to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions and working closely with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and role fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and align candidate profiles.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for various IT technologies.
- Maintain recruitment data in ATS or recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 37 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring for technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
- Experience working with System Integrators, Implementation Partners, or Product-based companies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred.
- Must be able to commute to Begumpet, Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willing to undergo background verification.
