End-to-end IT recruitment sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

Build strong pipelines of top IT talent

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

Ensure a seamless candidate experience

Familiarity with various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS Tools

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to offer release.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Negotiate salary and ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding.
