Role: US IT Recruiter

Shift timing: 06:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST

Location : Hyderabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

• Understand client requirements and translate job descriptions into effective candidate search strategies.

• Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, location, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.

• Recruit for positions such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT roles.

• Understand and work with different US employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099, as applicable.

• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.

• Negotiate compensation and close candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS/CRM.

• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.

• Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.

• Meet individual and team recruitment targets, including submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 - 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.

• Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.

• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, databases, and other sourcing platforms.

• Good understanding of US time zones and recruitment practices.

• Knowledge of common US work authorizations such as US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, OPT, and CPT.

• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Good knowledge of IT technologies, job titles, and technical skill sets.
