Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Domestic Hours)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in Domestic IT recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for IT positions and working closely with hiring managers to close requirements within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication, and compensation alignment
- Coordinate interviews and manage timely candidate follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Achieve defined hiring targets and closure timelines
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Domestic IT recruitment
- Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, Support, Infrastructure, ERP, and related IT positions
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of IT skills and recruitment terminology
Good to Have
- Experience working with IT services or product-based organizations
- Exposure to lateral and/or bulk hiring
- Strong follow-up and closure skills
