- 5+ years of proven experience in Tech Recruiting with a track record of delivering quality candidates consistently

- Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement, proactive networking, and building lasting stakeholder relationships

- Demonstrated ability to implement end-to-end recruiting strategy including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process coordination

- Skilled in cost-conscious hiring practices, exploring new sourcing channels, and developing creative approaches to meet hiring needs

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as both a team leader and member

- Strong analytical skills to build, measure, and scale recruiting workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

- Experience evaluated across core competencies including leadership roles, volunteer work, and relevant professional experience
