About the Role: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with proven experience in APAC market hiring. The ideal candidate will not only bring strong technical recruiting expertise but also excel in data-driven recruitment, relationship management, and negotiations. Prior exposure to Malaysia's recruitment landscape, including tax and visa-related processes, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across APAC.
- Work towards defined weekly and monthly KPIs and goals to meet hiring targets.
- Source candidates using diverse methods (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth closure of roles within stipulated timelines.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within APAC.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity using ATS and reporting tools.
Requirements:
- 24 years of proven experience in technical recruitment.
- APAC recruitment experience is mandatory; prior Malaysia hiring experience preferred.
- Strong ability to work with numbers and recruitment data to drive performance.
- Excellent relationship-building and top-notch negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in Malaysia shift timings.
- Desired: Familiarity with Malaysia tax terms and visa processing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize.
