Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be sourcing profiles and leveraging social platforms to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment, focusing heavily on sourcing and pipeline generation.
  • Mandatory use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Maintain expert-level LinkedIn knowledge for effective professional networking and profile searching.
  • Screen candidates and manage interview scheduling.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Multi-tasking to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 year of professional recruitment experience.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
