Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment, focusing heavily on sourcing and pipeline generation.
- Mandatory use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Maintain expert-level LinkedIn knowledge for effective professional networking and profile searching.
- Screen candidates and manage interview scheduling.
- Demonstrate good communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
- Multi-tasking to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 year of professional recruitment experience.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
