About the role:

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for our technical and product teams as we scale. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to build hiring strategies, source and engage hard-to-find technical talent, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to offer. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, in-house environment and is comfortable recruiting for both established and emerging skill sets. You'll play a key part in building the team that powers Helfie's mission to make preventative healthcare accessible to everyone.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from intake through offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Proactively source candidates for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, motivation, and culture alignment, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage interview processes end-to-end, including scheduling, panel coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, including passive talent networks.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Helfie, promoting our mission and culture to attract high-calibre talent in a competitive market.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health, using data to continuously improve the hiring process.

Skills & experience:

• 4+ years of in-house technical recruitment experience, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
• Experience hiring niche talent in Ai / ML within product companies
• Strong, proven sourcing skills, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and direct outreach to engage passive candidates for niche and specialist technical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment pipeline independently, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruitment data to track performance and continuously refine hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent Helfie's mission and culture authentically to candidates.
