Technical Recruiter – Middle East / Singapore Market / APAC

Location: Noida (Onsite)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to support hiring needs across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and a strong understanding of Middle East hiring practices, compliance, and talent market trends.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Middle East countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with Middle East hiring regulations and documentation requirements
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP positions and all IT Role .
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Recruitment experience in the Middle East or Singapore market.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in SAP recruitment or IT Technical Recruitment with SAP hiring exposure.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
