We are looking for a Tech Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

What You'll Do

· Partner with hiring managers to understand tech talent needs.

· Source, screen, and engage candidates using AI-powered tools and platforms.

· Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles for IT/Tech roles.

· Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-ups.

· Collaborate with the team to deliver smarter matches, faster hiring, and stronger retention.

What We're Looking For

· 1–3 years of experience in tech recruitment.

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

· A team player with the ability to build lasting relationships.

· Familiarity with sourcing platforms, social networks, and recruitment tools.

· Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a digitally enabled recruitment environment.
