Position Details:

We're Hiring: Engineering Recruiter

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (WFO – 5 Days)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Are you passionate about connecting top engineering talent with exciting career opportunities We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Engineering Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical domains.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering positions across Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical industries.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media platforms.

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and workforce needs.

Screen, assess, and interview engineering professionals based on technical and functional competencies.

Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through offer closure and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering talent for current and future hiring requirements.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market insights within engineering domains.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering background is a plus).

2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Non-IT recruitment.

Hands-on experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical roles.

Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

Experience hiring for Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or Heavy Engineering roles.

Knowledge of engineering job functions, technical skill sets, and hiring trends.

Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines.

Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
