We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring top technical talent for our organization. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and recruit top technical talent for our organization
• Manage and track candidate pipeline using applicant tracking system
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management
• Negotiate job offers and close candidates
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in technical recruiting or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Passionate about recruiting and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
