We're looking for experienced and strategic Technical Recruiters to join our team, with opportunities for both mid-level and senior-level professionals to make a lasting impact on our hiring processes and culture.
Whether you're honing your expertise or already a seasoned recruiting partner, you'll own end-to-end hiring processes, collaborate directly with technical leadership, and play a key role in scaling a high-performing, diverse engineering team.

What You'll Do
For Mid-Level (5 + Years Experience)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination, offers, and closing.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through passive sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring technical roles (software engineers, cloud specialists, DevOps, AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment.
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and partner with leadership to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality.
- Regularly track and report recruiting metrics; proactively identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
Minimum Qualifications
- 37 years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting expertise with a focus on engineering and technical roles.
- Proven track record of proactively sourcing and closing passive candidates.
- Skilled at managing multiple reqs, adapting to shifting priorities, and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Gem, etc.).
