Job Description:
- Identify and source prospective candidates through active and passive hiring methods.
- 27 years of experience in the recruitment industry handling IT & Non-IT hiring, including Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, and Executive/CXO Search.
- Experience in handling niche recruitment and staffing assignments for Tier 1, Tier 2, mid-sized, and start-up organisations.
- Hands-on expertise in job portals, social hiring, referrals, market mapping, and cold calling.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, niche/super-niche skill sets, and talent market dynamics.
- Responsible for maintaining periodic MIS and recruitment reports.
- Exposure to Executive Search / CXO-level hiring will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work as per client requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Tech-savvy recruiter with strong knowledge of recruitment tools and hiring analytics.
