Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter (Engineering & IT) - Onsite
Location: No 471, Prestige Polygon, 11th Floor, A Wing, Nandanam, Chennai.

Working Hours: 7: 00 PM - 04: 00 AM IST
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
- Work on IT and Engineering requirements, including but not limited to Software, Infrastructure, Data, Cloud, Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, and Manufacturing roles
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and communication competencies
- Coordinate with candidates on availability, rate negotiation, visa status, and compliance details
- Submit qualified profiles to implementation partners within defined SLAs
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future needs
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong exposure to Engineering and IT roles across multiple technologies
- Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
- Experience working with implementation vendors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
