About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic US IT Staffing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This offers hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and talent pipeline management. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• 1+ years of experience.
• Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist recruiters in managing open positions across various departments.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track candidate activity metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Experience working on FT, W2, C2C C2H roles

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Prior internship or campus recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, or other recruiting platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Interest in IT staffing, Engineering recruiting, Healthcare staffing, or Professional Services recruiting.

During this internship, you will gain experience in:

• Candidate sourcing strategies and Boolean search techniques.
• Interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• ATS and recruiting technology platforms.
• Talent pipeline development and workforce planning.
