We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in niche technology hiring. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to stakeholder coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for niche and specialized technology roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, Boolean and X-Ray search.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience and role fit.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the process.
• Manage multiple positions and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
• Support offer negotiation and successful onboarding.

Candidate Profile

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Noida

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA, based on interview

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
