Key Responsibilities:
Must have IT hiring and contract hiring experience.
Develop and execute hiring strategies tailored to the different domains.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Additionally Required Skills:
Working experience of 2 6 years
Working experience in Staffing industry
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
Mode of work Work from office
Timings 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days Mon to Fri
