Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled India IT Recruiter with strong experience in domestic IT hiring. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting for Indian IT roles across technologies and must demonstrate consistency and stability in previous organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for India IT requirements
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Evaluate candidates on technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
Manage offer negotiation and follow-ups until onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of technical recruitment experience
At least 3+ years of recent India IT recruitment experience
Strictly India IT hiring background (US staffing experience will not be considered)
No career gaps
Minimum 1+ year tenure in at least one previous organization
Key Skills
Strong sourcing and screening skills for IT technologies
Experience working on permanent/contract India IT roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with closure targets.
