We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team. A passion for learning and strong communication skills are the key.
Must Have:
Overall, 3-5 years of experience:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers / Account Managers to understand role requirements.
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and assess technical fit through resume evaluation and telephonic interviews.
- Run weekend hiring drives end-to-end to close critical roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and strategic hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
