About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will specialize in technology hiring and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT support.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical interviews.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment metrics.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support onboarding and induction for new hires.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technology hiring.

Strong understanding of technical roles and skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office.

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid team environment.
