Job Title: Technical IT Recruiter (1–3 Years)
Location:Noida (Onsite)
Notice: Immediate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Technical IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of technologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen and assess candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews and manage client/stakeholder communication
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT hiring (developers, QA, cloud, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements
