Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Technical IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of technologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen and assess candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interviews and manage client/stakeholder communication
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT hiring (developers, QA, cloud, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements
