Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter with 1–6 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Work on requirements from direct clients / implementation partners
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
• Negotiate salary and ensure successful closures
