What You'll Do:

  • Advanced Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract passive and active top-tier candidates across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized tech job boards, professional networks, industry events, referrals).
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to deeply understand departmental needs, advise on talent market trends, and influence recruitment strategies.
  • Enhanced Candidate Experience: Ensure a consistently positive, transparent, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Offer Management & Negotiation: Expertly manage the offer process, including crafting compelling offers, conducting salary negotiations, and successfully closing candidates for highly sought-after technical roles.
  • Process Optimization & Innovation: Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability, especially for technical hiring.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a key ambassador for Aviato Consulting's employer brand, promoting our culture, cutting-edge projects, and career opportunities, particularly within the AI/Cloud talent communities.
  • Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate pipeline health) to provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions.

You Might Be a Fit If:

You've done technical hiring in a startup or fast-paced environment (consulting/ODC experience is a plus).

You've hired for cloud engineers, SDEs, DevOps, and know the difference between Terraform and a typo.
