Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Work from office)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 pm 4 am IST)

Looking to hire entry level to experience (0-5 years) Associate level candidates for US IT Recruitment to work in our Viman Nagar office.

Job Description:

Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for our Clients in the US.

Utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, professional networks, etc.), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals

Learn the technical requirements of various positions, do research as needed, and submit consultants profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner.

Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.

Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.

Ready to work in Night Shift
