Job Title: APAC Technical Recruiter | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Region Covered: Asia-Pacific (APAC)

About the Role

We're looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to help us scale our engineering and technology teams across the APAC region. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, source top-tier technical talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end technical recruitment across multiple APAC countries
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, tech communities, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial recruiter interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication, and culture alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring tech roles
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
  • Support employer branding initiatives across APAC tech talent markets
  • Stay updated on regional hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity

Required Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house or agency)
  • Proven experience hiring for engineering or IT roles
  • Exposure to recruiting across APAC markets (Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Makaysia, Australia, SEA, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or tech product company
  • Knowledge of tech stacks, software development lifecycle, and engineering roles
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting and pipeline management
  • Employer branding or campus hiring exposure
