Position Overview
Support technology and development teams through integrated HR and recruitment leadership. Drive critical tech hiring (60-65% focus) while managing employee lifecycle, HR operations, and workplace administration. Own full-cycle recruitment for Backend, Frontend, DevOps/SRE, AI/ML, Data, and QA engineers alongside HR generalist and site support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for 8-12 concurrent requisitions; source candidates, coordinate interviews, support offer management, and ensure seamless onboarding
- Support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and HRMS record maintenance
- Partner with hiring managers to refine technical JDs, calibrate interview standards, and build talent pipelines across engineering disciplines
- Address employee relations queries, manage workplace compliance, health & safety standards, and site administration
- Coordinate training programs, team engagement activities, and internal HR communications
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, quality-of-hire) and HR analytics for reporting and process optimization
- Manage vendor relationships for recruitment platforms, training services, and workplace operations
- Prepare payroll support, attendance tracking, and ensure 100% compliance with HR policies and regulations
Technical Requirements
- Understanding of backend technologies (Java, Go, Python), frontend stacks (React, React Native), DevOps/SRE practices, and emerging tech trends
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HRMS platforms, and recruitment analytics tools
- Knowledge of technical interview frameworks, competency evaluation standards, and HR best practices
- Familiarity with fintech and technology sector preferred
Experience & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of combined HR and recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in technical recruitment
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, HR or related field
- Experience in technology, fintech, or SaaS environments preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with ability to manage competing priorities
